She is very outgoing and a friend to all and loves to help making sure people’s needs are met. She is a Girl Scout Troop Leader and loves to volunteer wherever needed. She is Married to Terry Cowan and has 3 Wonderful Children.

With over 40 years of experience in the insurance industry, Ginger enjoys helping others. She is a Dallas native and a graduate of Sunset High School and Mountain View College. She is a member of Hillcrest Baptist Church of Cedar Hill and supports the Hillcrest Christian Academy and missions and enjoys bible study. Her favorite time is spent with family, grandchildren and she enjoys reading, shopping and gardening.
